The house ” Villa Mia ” is built in 2012 in a new, timeless design. It is an energy-efficient house with a solar system, underfloor heating and a ventilation system that is particularly beneficial to allergy sufferers. We have also thought of allergy sufferers in the interior design. All bathrooms are tiled and the living rooms have a warm vinyl floor in wood optics. The beds are equipped with materials suitable for allergy sufferers.

At the third largest lake of Lower Saxony, the Zwischenahner Meer, lies Bad Zwischenahn “The Pearl of the Ammerland”. Here you can sail, swim or surf to your heart’s content. If you prefer to stay on land, you can explore the landscape on foot or by bicycle. Six well signposted footpaths and a total of 20 cycle paths invite you to do so.
